Dragon festival help - Guild Wars Forums

I have completed the first set of quests that are made for the fesival the last one i have completed is the darkness one, the one where you have to go in the cave of the naga and clear it out. Now the guy is telling me that i have to go talk to some one else to get new quests but i don't know where he is. Can someone tell me where he is located?

Thats the thing, no one knows where he is, is MIA, supposibly he will show up sometime during it, but no one really knows where he is.

I think he is comming on the last day, I have been all ovcer and I cannot find that guy either..... I am guessing there will be more to do on the last day
